Support tickets

Support that doesn't get lost in DMs

Members open a ticket from your server and chat live with your team. Moderators see every open ticket across all their servers in one inbox — with an instant alert when a new one comes in.

  • Live chat with image attachments
  • One inbox across every server you moderate
  • AI reads every new ticket and tags it by topic and urgency Prime
  • Support hours, so an overdue ticket is only reported while your team is actually online — no mod log ping at 3 a.m. Prime
  • Support roles you control per channel

One inbox, every server you support

Each support channel has one Discord role attached. Whoever wears it becomes a supporter for that channel — so if you help out on several servers, their tickets land in the same place instead of five.

How support roles map to your inbox Two Discord servers, each with a support channel linked to a role. A moderator wearing both roles sees the tickets from both servers in one shared inbox. You only ever see the channels your roles cover.
Community hub

A public page for your server

Every server gets its own hub: who's live right now, a gallery of the latest auto-posted content and running giveaways — one link your members can share outside Discord too.

  • Live status of your streamers, on Twitch and YouTube
  • Gallery of your latest highlights
  • One-click giveaway entry via Discord login
  • Switched on by default, off whenever you want
Stream alerts

Your server knows before the stream starts

Twitch and YouTube in one place. ABURA posts when a creator goes live — and for streams announced in advance, it lets your members know hours ahead so they can plan the evening instead of finding out afterwards.

  • Heads-up for scheduled streams, from 15 minutes to a day before
  • Moved or cancelled? The earlier message is corrected, not left lying
  • Times shown in each member's own time zone, counting down by themselves
  • Your own message with formatting and role mentions — and a live preview
How you run it

Set it up. Don't memorize it.

Everything is configured on the website, in dropdowns with your real channel and role names. The bot in your server does the work — it never asks you to remember a command to change something.

  • No command syntax, no arguments in the right order
  • See at a glance what is set up — and switch it off without deleting it
  • Test buttons tell you straight away if a permission is missing
  • Hand it to a moderator: admin roles you pick, without giving away ownership
Features

And everything else

One bot instead of five — set it up once in the dashboard and let it run.

Nobody sits in voice alone

The moment someone is the first to join a voice channel, ABURA says so in your chat — with a ping if you want. It cleans up its own message once everyone has left.

Auto channels

Channels that post fresh fun pictures, GIFs or memes on a timer you choose — no manual posting, the feed stays alive on its own.

Twitch & YouTube alerts

An alert the moment a creator goes live — and a heads-up hours before a stream they announced in advance. Several channels per server, each with its own message.

Giveaways

Run giveaways from the dashboard. Members enter with one click via Discord login, so only real server members can win — winners are drawn automatically.

Moderation

Hand out warnings backed by a moderator log you can search and correct, hand server settings to an admin role — plus an automatic alert if your server gets raided.

Botcatcher

A channel spam bots can't resist. They post in everything they can see — so you leave one channel open that no human needs, and whoever posts there is banned, kicked or reported. Your call.

German or English

Pick the language per server in the dashboard. The bot answers in it, and auto channels pull their content from sources that match.

Web dashboard

Server stats, streamer activity, ticket history and your moderation log — all in one place, no digging through Discord.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The things people ask most before adding ABURA.

No. Adding ABURA and everything listed under Free stays free, with no trial period and no credit card. Prime is a paid tier that adds the AI ticket features — it isn't available for purchase yet.

The first 123 servers to add ABURA keep Prime at no cost permanently, including every Prime feature we add later. Once those spots are gone, servers joining after that will need a paid Prime subscription for the AI features — everything under Free stays free for everyone, always.

One condition: the spot belongs to the server, for as long as ABURA is on it. Remove the bot and the spot is released to someone else — adding it back later won't bring it back once they're all taken.

You set up one or more support channels in your server. Members open a ticket from there and land in a live chat on the website, where your support team answers. Moderators see the open tickets of every server they're responsible for side by side, so nothing gets lost in private messages.

It reads a new ticket once and tags it with a category and an urgency level, so your moderators can see at a glance what to pick up first. It doesn't answer on your behalf and it doesn't act on its own. This is a Prime feature.

No. It's switched on by default so you don't have to set anything up, but any owner or admin can turn it off in the dashboard — the page then disappears completely. It only ever shows public information: your server name, who's live on Twitch and auto-posted content.

ABURA is invited with administrator rights so every feature works right away without you hunting for individual permissions. It cannot read your members' message contents — the bot doesn't request that Discord permission at all.
