Support tickets

A Discord ticket system your team can actually keep up with

Support in a Discord server usually ends up in the same place: someone posts a question in general chat, someone else sends a DM, and both are gone by the time a moderator is online. ABURA gives every request its own ticket - opened from your server, answered from a web dashboard, and still there tomorrow.

Every request gets its own thread

A member opens a ticket in your server and picks one of the categories you defined. From there it is a normal conversation - just one that has a status, an owner and a history.

  • Live chat between member and support team, screenshots included
  • Ticket categories you define per server
  • Every message kept with the ticket, so a handover costs no context
  • Members do not need anything installed - they stay in Discord

One inbox for every server you moderate

Each support channel has one Discord role attached, and whoever wears that role becomes a supporter for that channel. If you help out on five servers, their tickets land in the same inbox instead of five separate ones - which is the part no bot that thinks in single servers can do.

  • Support roles you control per channel
  • Open tickets from all your servers in one list
  • An alert the moment a new ticket comes in

AI reads every new ticket

On Prime servers, every incoming ticket is read once and tagged before a human ever opens it: what it is about, and how urgent it sounds. A server being raided right now does not sit below a question about a colour role.

  • Sorted into the categories you defined yourself
  • Urgent tickets rise to the top of the inbox
  • Runs on every new ticket, no command needed

What it costs

The ticket system is part of the free plan - complete, not a trial. Prime adds the AI triage and raises the limits on stream notifications and LFG announcements. It is $5.99 per server and month, and it is not on sale yet: while the free-forever spots last, every server that joins keeps Prime at no cost.

Common questions

No. Live chat, ticket categories, support roles and the shared inbox are part of the free plan and stay free. Only the AI triage that sorts tickets by topic and urgency is a Prime feature.

No. They sign in to the dashboard with Discord. Whoever wears the support role of a channel sees that channel's tickets - there is no second user list to maintain.

Yes. Images can be attached to any message in a ticket, which is usually faster than describing a bug in words.

Far fewer than most setups assume. ABURA answers slash commands without needing permissions in the channel they were used in. For the ticket system it needs to read the roles you assign as support roles.

It is stored so the conversation survives a restart and a handover, and it is visible to the support role of that channel and to the member who opened the ticket. Tickets belong to your community, not to ABURA support - details are in the privacy policy.
